CEDAW Follow up Process – Shadow report

ERA worked with Harmony Alliance, NATSIWA and a drafting team drawn from 48 organisations to prepare this shadow report to the CEDAW Committee on Australia's progress in implementing the four recommendations identified by the Committee as relating to major obstacles to women's enjoyment of their human rights. The Committee will refer the Australia's report, our report and any other shadow reports to a Follow-up Rapporteur, who will determine whether each recommendation has been implemented.
