ERA Submission: Alternative Commonwealth Capabilities for Crisis Response discussion paper

ERA has made a submission to the Department Of Home Affairs in response to the Alternative Commonwealth Capabilities for Crisis Response discussion paper. We're calling for the Department to add a gender lens to the inquiry, as the discussion paper is currently silent on the gender implications of climate change-related disaster response.
