Applications open to join ERA Young Women's Advisory Group
Monday 5th December Update: Applications to the Young Women's Advisory Group have now closed. Thank you to everyone for their interest. Announcements will be made before the end of the year.
Equality Rights Alliance is seeking two young women (16 – 30 years) to join our Young Women Advisory Group. This is a group of young women advocates who come together – face-to-face, online and through teleconferences – to speak to issues of concern for young women in Australia.
We have are expanding the Advisory Group from six to eight positions, and so have two new positions to fill. We welcome nominations from all young women, and we particularly urge young Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander women, young women from non-English speaking backgrounds and young women with disabilities to apply.

Thank you to everyone who promoted and encouraged applications for the vacant positions on the ERA Young Women's Advisory Group - we've received high calibre applications from a very wide group of young women (making the task of selection both pleasurable and difficult!)
