Reception for Marg Phelan

Greens MLA Amanda Bresnan will host a reception for Marg Phelan who is cycling around Australia (Darwin to Darwin) in support of women's choices in maternity care and access to continuity of midwifery care.

Her journey has been incredible thus far but, tragically, it has included the loss of her only daughter, Anne-Maree a year ago. After a long stop in Melbourne with family Marg is back in the saddle for the return trip North.

She has met and inspired many on this journey. Please pay tribute to her dedication to women and midwives and welcome her to the National Capital.
