Presents a symposium for policy-makers, service providers, researchers, consumers and interested individuals to share knowledge and experiences on preventing and responding to violence against women.

•  Dr Eman Sharobeen, Director Immigrant Women’s Health Centre, NSW (Theme – Working with immigrant/refugee women)
•  Prof Bob Pease Chair of Social Work, Deakin University         (Theme – Gender and masculinity in violence prevention policies and intervention programs)
•  Ms Margie Charlesworth, Vice President Women With Disabilities Australia (Theme – Working with women with disabilities)
•  Representatives from the National Commission on Gender Equality, Government of Mongolia
•  Representatives from the Vietnam Women’s Union, Government of Vietnam
